Who we work with

Clients who need the job to run as planned.

Commercial clients value the same things our residential clients do, with less tolerance for surprises: an accurate scope, a fixed programme, clear communication, minimal disruption to the people using the building, and one person who is answerable for the result.

  • Care providersConsidered bathroom and washroom proposals for residential care and supported-living settings, planned around the operator's brief and the people using the space.
  • EducationDurable washroom proposals developed around access requirements, safeguarding, maintenance and the available programme.
  • HospitalityGuest bathrooms and public washrooms where finish quality is part of the offer.
  • Offices & retailStaff and customer washrooms refitted around trading hours.
  • Landlords & portfoliosRepeatable specifications across multiple properties, priced and programmed together.
  • Property & facilities managersOne contact, one programme, one set of paperwork.

Commercial washroom refurbishment

A complete scheme, planned for everyday use.

This completed project combines walnut-effect cubicles and joinery, durable flooring, shared wash stations and dedicated accessible provision. The result is practical, straightforward to maintain and consistent across each part of the building.

Accessible provision

Space, support and clear circulation.

Grab rails, accessible sanitaryware and generous circulation were resolved as part of the same material scheme, so the dedicated facilities feel considered alongside the shared washrooms.

Common questions

Can you work outside normal hours?

Yes, where the building requires it. Evening, weekend and holiday programmes are agreed in the scope and priced accordingly.

Can you provide project and compliance information for a tender?

Yes. Tell us what your procurement process requires and we will provide the relevant company, insurance, programme and project information as part of the tender response.

Can you price several properties together?

Yes. For landlords and portfolios we develop a repeatable specification and programme the properties in sequence.

Send us the scope. We will come and see the building.
